Freshness is our priority. At Cafiva, we roast your coffee to order. This means your beans are roasted only after your payment is verified to ensure maximum flavor and aroma upon delivery.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and roasted within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

At this time, we only ship within India to ensure our coffee arrives as fresh as possible. We are working on expanding our logistics for global delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can also view your order status directly on your Profile Page.
