Refund Policy

Because coffee is a perishable, roasted-to-order product, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. We want you to be completely satisfied with your SmartRoast experience.

Coffee Bean Returns

We do not accept returns on roasted coffee beans. However, if there was an error with your order, or if you are dissatisfied with the quality of your coffee, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We will be happy to offer a replacement bag or issue a store credit.

Merchandise & Equipment

For non-perishable items (mugs, brewing equipment, apparel), we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at support@cafiva.in with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will send a replacement right away.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
